Jeffery Archer’s Paths Of Glory



When we talk about Bollywood we talk about inspired stories from Hollywood, copied music and tons of money. So when the master storyteller Jeffey Archer wants a Bollywood director to make a film on his — Paths Of Glory, he talks of an investment no less than $40 million.

A playwright, former politician and an author, Archer, 69, on his recent tour to India expressed the desire for an ideal director who could very convincingly and skillfully transform his awe inspiring and best seller novels into a movie. In what he calls as a gift to his fans all across the globe including India, he wants the director to be from India.

Having already written the screenplay the rest would be an easy game for any director who comes forward. Rumors have it that Delhi-6 and Rang De Basasnti director, Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra has expressed his desire.
