Raw Food Anyone?


We all know how good those unprocessed foods, fruits and vegetables are to keep up with good health. But how many of us keep the count of five-a-day?

Being so used to cooking, our taste buds just don’t want that raw papaya or carrots until we have some thing to dip them in. But there are people around the globe who have given up cooking (how easy.. one may think). They believe cooking or even heating food over 116 degrees F destroys critical enzymes and the life force in food that actually assist in digestion and absorption of food.

One may want to eat out with friends and who’s got the time to prepare those raw food dishes? We love to surprise our taste buds with those starch rich food. Did someone say taste buds?

Our taste buds change every 250 hours– that’s ten days to be precise. As old cells die and new ones are born, the pores adjust to the shape of the molecules you’re eating.
